About this Help System
This Help system, is designed to provide instructions for using CLIFF. You may navigate through the system by clicking in the menu on the left, clicking on the path above, or searching for keywords using the search feature on the left.
Navigation Path
As you navigate through the help system the navigation path at the top shows you where you are. For example:
You may click on any level in the path to return to that page.
Navigating the Menus
in front of them are collapsed. Clicking on the menu will open it and present other menu options. If other menus are already expanded, this will collapse them.
in front of them are expanded, to reveal other menus. To close an expanded menu, click another collapsed menu, or click Home in the navigation path.
in front of them indicate that there are no further sub-menus.
Previous/Next
At the bottom of every page there are links for:- navigating to the previous page
- navigating to the next page
- navigating up to the parent menu item
Searching
- Any word of 3 characters or more in the help system is keyword indexed. You may search for one or more words by entering the word in the search box and clicking Search.
- You may use the * as a wild card to expand a search. For example: log* will find log, logs, and logging.
