Depending on the security configuration of CLIFF in your organization, you may not have access to viewing or updating Logs in another offices. An office can provide access to a Log by sharing it with other offices.
Logs that are not shared will show the
button in the Log Toolbar. Logs that have been shared will show the
button.
NOTE: You may also gain access to a Log by being on the Log's Referral list.
NOTE: You may also configure CLIFF to automatically share new Logs in one or more offices.
