Closing Logs

Logs are considered open works-in-progress until you enter a Closed Date. By closing a Log you are indicating that you have finished with that Log and no further action is required. This means that all the Referrals must be completed before the Log is closed.

To Close a Log

1. Open the Log you want closed.
   
2. If there are open Referrals, complete each one by entering a completion date.
   
3. Enter the Close Date in the Log.
   
4. Click on the Log Toolbar to save the Log or click on the Log Toolbar to cancel.
