- Read the pertinent section(s) of this user guide, and the FAQs to try and find the answer to your question. Self-help is very gratifying.
- Clear your web browser cache to see if that solves the problem.
- Contact you local CLIFF administrator for assistance.
- Contact your organization's help-desk for system support.
- Report the problem to AKTIV Software.
