The Log Type, Log Action, and the User Defined fields usually require a selection from a pop-up list. Most organizations endeavour to enter options that are self explanatory but often what is obvious to one person, is obscure to another. CLIFF therefore allows you to associate additional information with one or more options in these fields.

Data fields that have information associated with them will be marked with as shown in the following example.

The associated information may be viewed by clicking the button. The information will be displayed in the Referral area as shown in the following example. If there are Referrals for the Log, a Referrals tab will be shown allowing navigation back to the Referrals.
