The Notes drop down menu in the Log Toolbar provides access to notes and audit logs as follows:

• Log Notes - notes that you enter.
• Referral Notes - a compilation of all the Referral notes in the Referrals for the Log
• Audit Log
• Cross Reference
• Attachment Log
