When you first log in to CLIFF the data area will be empty and the CLIFF logo will be displayed. There is no data selected so CLIFF has nothing to display. This empty data area is also referred to as the Splash window. When data has been selected by searching the database, or new data entered, it will be displayed in one of two formats:
When you click on a Log ID in a list it opens the input form for that record. When the record is closed, the list is redisplayed. This same technique is also used for other data in CLIFF for example templates, email, messages, etc. |
